It’s 21 years already since the BELLOUET CONSEIL Gastronomic School has successfully provided retraining courses, located in the very center of Paris, rue Lecourbe with a team of accomplished instructors.
We always try to provide the best service. Our program 2010 is now available so that you will be able to organize your schedule.
You will find schedule of our 37 different hands-on courses of, the new range of chocolate pieces for Easter, cakes, special products for Summer, viennoiseries for your daily sales and courses of delicatessen to develop your enterprise.
We are always ready to serve you.
It is why we try in our course to provide recipes which are simple to practice, effective and rational with the today’s taste.
These are very intensive hands-on courses with a small group, which allow professionals to retrain their skills. Today, pastry chefs must offer excellent products at reasonable price and <pro> service.
We also would like to propose our 12 weeks training course composed of 12 different themes. The maximum class size does not exceed 7 students. The programs emphasize hands-on application of fundamental techniques, theorical concepts, and discussion forums with professionals.
