Comptetition « LA CHOCOBOX » in Mauritius Island
In Mauritius Island, a big compeition of Chocolat Show Piece has been held at Hotel Heritage Awali, in the south of island.
12 pâtissiers from prestigious hotels have participated in this competition.
The theme :  "World of Animal around Easter"
Mr Jean Michel Perruchon, Best French Pastry Chef, was the president of judge.

Result:
Winner : Mr Sanaram from Hotel Hilton
2nd : Mr Vencatachellum from Bistrot de Baccus
3rd : Mr Laboucherie from Hotel Heritage
